The mod adds compatibility with other mods. List of currently supported mods:

Farmer's Delight (Added Soul Steel Knife, Osseous Knife, Sinful Knife, Ether Ash Coal, Ether Ash Coal Block, Ethereal Ash Brick Stove, Soul Steel Stove, chunks of usual organs, fried versions of chunks and usual organs)
Dynamic Lights (Now, many objects have the ability to be a light source in your hand)
Diet (The organs and their fried versions have become a source of proteins (or sugars))
JEED (Added descriptions of effects from Sons of Sins mod and Extra Sins mod)

Just Enough Effect Descriptions: Added descriptions of effects from Sons of Sins mod and Extra Sins mod.
Born In Chaos: A lot of new weapons have been added, which are created from materials from this mod. Also, with the help of weapons from this mod, in the recipe of which there is a bone, you can get ether ashes.
Warriors of Past Epoch: Added new weapons in compatibility with this mod. Also, using a saw from this mod, you can get organs.

Unusual Prehistory: Some dinosaurs now drop special blood.
Guard Villagers: Guards now drop human blood.
Create: New methods of blood crafting have been added.
Biomes O' Plenty: Blood from the Visceral Pile can be converted into blood from Sons of Sins. Compatible with Create.
