A very WIP entry for ModFest 2024, aiming to add the Iceologer and Snow Machine. The Snow Machine is a particle block that will cause snow to fall nearby, while the Iceologer would summon Ice Chunks over players and spawn custom Vex to ambush and freeze players. Currently just has the Iceologer mob and the snow machine.

Due to time constraints and focus on other projects, the mod is very early into development and isn't polished to the point that I'd prefer it to be at. After other projects are finished, Everwinter may be picked up again
