ESP (Even Simpler PIN)

is a lightweight account-protection plugin. Instead of passwords, players secure their accounts with a 4-digit PIN entered via the /pin command in chat.

Features

• Chat-based authentication - players enter their PIN via /pin <4 digits>
• First-time setup - new players set and confirm their PIN on first join
• Fully locked until authenticated - frozen, blinded, and protected from damage
• Attempt limit - players are kicked after 3 wrong attempts
• Timeout - players are kicked if they take too long to authenticate
• SHA-256 hashed PINs - PINs are never stored in plain text
• Admin reset command - reset any player's PIN from console or in-game

Usage

On joining, a prompt appears in chat asking you to authenticate. All commands except /pin are blocked until you are logged in.

First join: run /pin <4 digits> to choose your PIN, then run the same command again to confirm it.

Subsequent joins: run /pin <your PIN> to log in.

Admin command

/espadmin reset <player> - clears a player's PIN, forcing them to set a new one. Requires operator status (op).

Installation

1. Download the latest .jar from the Files tab above.
2. Place it in your server's plugins folder.
3. Restart your server.
