Added tps system (it is highly precise, and also changes the color of worldborder to cool red)
You can use /trigger tps for measuring server lags, or use tps for better cooldowns (in config)
Also removed partial region system and added raycast protection instead

Kits
You can create kits using /trigger kitcreate set
Kit will be created using items from your inventory (excluding armor/offhand slots) To use kit, you need to write /trigger kit set
There are 3 permission modes for kits:
0 - player can get any kit if he has edp.kit permission
1 - player can get kit if he has edp.kit permission and if kit id <= player's edp.kit scoreboard-permission
2 - player can get kit is he has both edp.kit permission and permission for this kit (requires config editing)
also added rget cooldown and region entities garbage collection

Now you can create multiple homes using
/trigger sethome set
You can set home limit for group in permissions config (or -1 to disable limit)
Also you can manually set limit if you dont use groups:
/scoreboard players set edp.homelimit
