🛠️ About This Helper Mod

This client-side mod is required for ShiftingKill’s Escape From Tarkraft server.

It adds:

  • Modular gun part rendering
  • Dynamic lighting & fog effects
  • Keybinds & QoL features
  • Much more…

🎨 Assets & Attribution

Some gun models in Escape From Tarkraft are provided by the maxstuff pack by Max (maxinablender).
All assets are used with permission under the CC 4.0 license.
Not all models from the pack are included; only selected assets are used in this mod. Future updates may include more attachments as I can add them. You may not use any of the models from this pack unless permitted by the original model makers.

Escape From Tarkraft isn’t just a mod – it’s a persistent service and whole new way to play Minecraft.

Added shader passes for many render contexts. Experience vignette when suppressed, muzzle flares heat distortion, and much more like custom color grading never seen before in Minecraft...

Optics update... again!

New shader passes for scopes with full GPU butter smoothness even for low end PCs.

Scopes and iron sights all normalized... Enjoy maximum consistency in this update.

And as a team we learned more about rendering so if we do update to Vulkan it won't be the end of the world.

FULL BEDROCK ANIMATION SUPPORT!!*

Take dust cover off and see the springs move!

Added new hideout modules, map decor, and much more.

Go level up that kitchen, intel center, rest space, and medical station!

*There may be some bedrock animations that are complex and stacked that require more code which will be done in the future.

Adjusted first person rendering!

Body now renders in first person with armor and backpack, legs and arms depending on what items you have out.

Guns now dynamically raise or lower based on the receiver.

Sprint, ADS, and reloading all seamlessly operate together now.
