OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND
Librarians can be a headache for Minecraft's balance. They can give you any enchantment book in the game if you have enough patience and a villager farm... so how do you solve that? Simply remove the librarian profession of the game!
It is possible to edit the MCFunction file of the datapack to remove any profession you want.
