Adds support for:

Silver: everything in EC but arrows
Copper: everything in EC but arrows
Myrmex chitin (both types): everything in EC but arrows and block type weapons
Dragon steel (all 3 types): everything in EC but arrows
Dragon scale (all 12 types): gauntlets and shields
Dragon bone: all weapons
Sea Serpent (all 7 types): gauntlets and shields
Death Worm Chitin (all 3 types): gauntlets and shields
Troll leather (all 3 types): gauntlets and shields \
