Mod Description
When you look at an Entity, a bar appears, displaying the Entity's health (the bar does slowly change color, based on the Entity's health, like tools' dura bars). Above the bar, there is also some text, that displays the health of the Entity numerically as a percent, or just numbers (like: xx.xx/xx.xxHP). As of v1.0.1, the mod can be toggled with this command that the mod adds: /togglehpdurabar. Also, as of v1.0.3 of the mod, the bar and text will still be displayed for 2 seconds, if you look away from an entity (values will be updated).

v1.0.3 - Added a nice transion animation aspect to the bar and text, for smoother value updates. Also, the mod will still display the bar and text for 2 seconds (before completely disappearing), if you look away from an entity (values will be tracked).
