Drama Generator: Ruby Edition Splash
Adding a little drama to your main menu

This mod is a recreation of Mr_Okushama's old DramaSplash mod. It was created because the old version uses Asie's drama generator, which is no longer maintained, and no long has any drama generated. This new version utilizes my Drama Generator: Ruby Edition web application to generate its drama. I have no intention on taking this generator down any time soon, so this mod will work for the foreseeable future.
This mod will get a random dramatic event from my website, http://mc-drama.herokuapp.com, and replace the Minecraft Main Menu splash text with the drama.
NOTE: Due to the removal of Heroku's free options, the API this mod depends on is not currently functional. If there is interest or I have extra time, I may investigate other hosting options.

- Set max accepted Minecraft version to 1.12.2, as 1.13+ does not work yet.
- Change error splash text from "Check your logs!" to "Drama Generator fails to generate! [check your logs!]" (xbony2) (#2)
- Change modid to match new Forge requirements as of Minecraft 1.11. This fixes the mod not loading properly on 1.11+.
- Officially supports 1.12 now (#3).

- Now supports any version above 1.8, because I am sick of updating the accepted versions (thank
you Maven for sucking at semantic versions; see Ruby
~>). The code this modifies very rarely gets changed so I think this is fairly safe. Now works on 1.11.

- Update to use the new API at mc-drama/raw. This improves loading performance as it does not require performing regex or loops. (#1)
