A pack which puts a ceiling on how high a wither can fly. Dev on all my projects will be paused for the duration of the BDS boycott against Microsoft.

This light-weight pack does one thing. It sees when a wither is too high in the world and prevents it from further increasing its' height.

Improved Floor Detection
Withers should now reliably hover a set distance above the floor instead of sometimes phasing into it. This distance can be configured in tick.mcfunction by changing which one of the last lines is not commented out.
Added witherdown:wither_transparent Block Tag
Problematic withers now check if they are hovering the correct distance above the ground by comparing the block(s) below them against a block tag of air-equivalent blocks (eg:short_grass) rather than just air.
