Dimension Follow

A Minecraft mod that makes you follow a player that gets teleported to another dimension.

This mod is very useful for mods like wonderland.jar where your friend gets teleported to another dimension but you get left behind.

Config

The mod let's you configure basically every part of the mod. You can use the /dimensionfollow config command to change the config at any time without restarting the server.

Radius

/dimensionfollow config radius

Players within this many blocks of the teleporting player's old position will follow them to the new dimension.

Teleport Whole World

/dimensionfollow config teleportWholeWorld

If true, every player in the teleporting player's old dimension follows instead of only players inside radius.

Require Confirmation

/dimensionfollow config requireConfirmation

If true, players receive a clickable confirmation prompt before following a dimension teleport.

Confirmation Timeout

/dimensionfollow config confirmationTimeoutSeconds

Seconds before a pending teleport confirmation expires.

Ignored Dimensions

/dimensionfollow config ignoredDimensions add/remove/list

Dimensions that will not be followed. Should be a list of dimension IDs, e.g. "minecraft:overworld".

Fall Damage Protection

/dimensionfollow config fallDamageProtectionTime

Seconds of how long a follower will have fall damage protection for.

Delay Teleport

/dimensionfollow config delayTeleportTime

Seconds of how long a teleport will be delayed for.
