Delay Tool Usage

A simple mod that adds a 4-tick delay when right-clicking with Axes or Shovels before interacting with a block. Once the delay is up, right-click functionality works at normal speed. This prevents accidental log stripping or shovel pathing.

This mod is free to use in modpacks with credit.
