Death Lightning (Visual Only)
Adds a lightning-themed visual and sound effect when a player dies, played at the death location.
The effect is implemented using particles and sounds only and does not summon a lightning entity.
No fire, explosions, or damage are produced, and no gameplay mechanics are altered.
This datapack can be used on SMPs to provide a visible and audible indication when a player death occurs nearby.
Tested in singleplayer on Minecraft Java 1.21.11 and 26.2.
Expected to function on other 1.21.x and 26.x versions and in multiplayer, but these have not been explicitly tested.
