Death Flashback
Flash to your death point
Allowing teleporting to your death point when you have a recovery compass in your main hand and an ender pearl in your off hand (and within a radius of 128 blocks from the death point).
It is built on the Fabric mod loader and is available for modern versions of Minecraft Java Edition.
