Custom Paintings
The ability to add any image you desire.
Use the command /painting <url> [blocksX] [blocksY] to recieve a map with the image at the url or optionally more maps to form a larger image (specified in the blocksX and blocksY).
Fully server-side, no client installation needed (unless you want it in singleplayer).

- Drop items on the floor if the player has a full inventory.
- Add the icon.

- Add optional arguments to the end to choose how many blocks to cover, e.g.
/painting "https://example.com/image.png" 4 4 - A limitation to this is inventory space so any images larger than 27 blocks in total will cause some maps to be lost, working on a fix for this
