Added aggressive mixin mode, enablable in the config - causes the mod to use a more aggressive mixin that's more likely to break other mods, but also should let fog be customized with some previously incompatible mods
Added a warning in the mod menu when installed with sodium so people will stop reporting a known issue

EXP and EXP2 Fog work on 1.17! This works with vanilla, sodium, and the canvas official pipelines; Canvas shaderpacks (namely, Lumi Lights) do not work.
