Features:
• Handcuffs & handcuff keys
• Unbreakable cell doors, and reinforced stone bricks
• Item repossession
• Chaining and leading handcuffed players
• Padlocks for locking chests, along with keys to unlock/lock them.
• Lockpicks for breaking handcuffs and padlocks

Additions
- Added a condig option to disable players taking off and putting on their own restriants.
Fixes
- Changed event priority of entity interact event to allow cuffed to come first.
- Shackles now stop sprinting by double tapping forward.
- Fixed Duck Tape on legs not stopping movement and jumping.
- Fixed Duck Tape on arms not stopping interaction and item use.
- Cuffed no longer forces players to take fall damage even if another mod disables it.
- Fixed not being able to close/open the pillory without a player in front.
- Fixed some small issues in the lang.

Additions
- Added a new config option for whether or not to drop heads from the guillotine
- You can now escort a player to a bunk click it to force-set their spawn.
- Added the bundle recipe from 1.21 to make it craftable for Cuffed
- Restraints can now be equipped/unequipped by sneaking and left clicking while look at your feet/forward/head to equip/unequip legs/arms/head respectively. Still requires keys and sneaking to unequip restraints.
Fixes
- Fixed Epic Fight compat crashing on startup in more recent epic fight versions.
- Fixed an issue causing players to be positioned wrong when escorting them to a pillory.
- Fixed guillotine doing damage instead of straight up killing the player.
- Added a usage tooltip to show how to use restraints.
- Added a tooltip to show what key removes each restraint.
- Fixed some tooltip errors, specifically on Handcuffs, Fuzzy Handcuffs, and Shackles.
- Fixed un-enchantable restraints not getting removed on death.
- Buffed mana drain from Drain enchantment to better counter Ars Novuea
- Fixed padlocks locking chests that are next to each other whether or not those chests are connected.
- Fixed Duck Tape restraining a player's arms
- Finally added Russion translation
- Removed A Warden's Guide recipe
- Fixed can_reinforce_padlock item tag containing an invalid item ("diamond_ingot" lol)
- Added Shadow Locked Away poster to the Creative Menu

Additions
- Added Creative Key item that can lock and unlock all lockable objects.
- Added Creative Bind Breaker item that can reset the bindings of any lockable object.
- Added Creative Restraint Cutter item that can remove all restraints off of a player.
- Added the item tag "can_reinforce_padlock" so users can replace the item used to reinforce padlocks, multiple entries are supported.
- Each restraint's durability can now be changed via the server config.
Fixes
- Fixed an error on servers allowing locked blocks to be accessed while holding any key.
- A player's chat messages are now "muffled" when duck tape is on their head.
