What It Adds?

Heart Crystals are special items that, when right-clicked, provide:

+2 permanent maximum health (one full heart)
An instant full heal on use
Progression that fully persists across deaths, dimension changes, and world reloads Each character can consume up to 10 crystals, reaching a true maximum of 20 hearts, correctly displayed by the game’s HUD.
