Crops Time Growth Editor

What this mod does: This mod allows you to change the speed of crops growing.

How to use it?: This is easily done using the "/setcropgrowth" command where you can set your desired number with no max; however, due to minecraft's poor coding, if the number is set to something too high, it just could not work.
