Create: potato cannon enchantments fix

A simple Create mod addon that implements PR10080 through some quick and dirty Mixins.

Fixes the Punch, Power and Flame enchantments having no effect on the potato cannon (as reported in issue #8030).

With this fix, a properly enchanted Potato Cannon with well selected ammo is the beast it should always have been.

Does not fix the other vanilla enchantement issues present with Create gear.
