Integrates similarly-themed features from Create: New Age and Alex's Caves so that they make more sense when used together.
Features
- Made for Minecraft 1.20.1
- New Age's nuclear reactor produces the irradiated effect from Alex's Caves.
- Ability to use materials found in radioactive caves as reactor fuel.
- Ability to use materials found in magnetic caves for power generation.
- Alternate recipes that modify the New Age tech tree to rely more on Alex's Caves

Initial version, implements one of the planned features-- Namely, things that create radiation in Create: New Age will inflict the irradiated effect rather than the usual arrangement of vanilla conditions that Create: New Age uses by default.
