Create: Colored aims to add variants to various blocks in create.

Blocks added:

Colored fluid pipes

Fluid pipes in all 16 dye colors, they also don't connect between each other! (unless they are forced to) Image showing 16 pipes each of different color, with glass variants on top, and encased variants at the bottom Image taken using Complementary Shaders - Reimagined

Colored fluid tanks
