More variations to the mechanical pump in the Create Mod!

I wanted some more variation to Create's pump. So I added a few variations, the only one that is worse than the original create pump is the Wood Pump. The others all have better range. Keep in mind the range of these pumps is directly correlated to the range of the original specified in Create's config file. This will probably change in the future! In addition this is my first mod and I am open to constructive feedback to help my coding and modding skills. Thank you!

I will be updating two different versions of this mod. 1.20.1 for Forge and 1.21.1 for NeoForge. Links below for these mod loaders:

First iteration of Create: Better Pumps. Has been tested on single player and servers with multiple mods. Be aware bugs may arise.
