Complete config system overhaul — modular, synced, and category-based.
Added per-tier config for motors, alternators, wires, and accumulators.
Improved balance to prevent infinite energy loops and boost late-game scaling.
Motors
Each tier now fully configurable (RPM, FE/t, Stress, Capacity).
Rebalanced outputs — higher tiers offer better efficiency and torque.
