Adds a pogo stick that lets you bounce off blocks in any direction!

Right-clicking a block or mob with the pogo stick will bounce away from it. The strength of the bounce scales with your current speed, so with a high place to jump off of and some good timing, you can fling yourself through the air at amazing speeds!

Can now bounce off of mobs
Sneaking will make the bounce weaker
Added a minimum bounce strength, so you'll still get a small bounce if you use the pogo stick while standing still
Added a crafting recipe
Pogo stick is no longer stackable
