Craftable Gunpowder balanced

This is a vanilla friendly way to make gun powder balanced for Vic's point blank mod.

• use granit or diorite to make potassium oxide powder in a crafting table or inventory

• combine 1 powder and 1 sugar to make a potassium sugar mix

• smelt or blast the potassium sugar mix to make potassium nitrate

• 6 potassium nitrate, 2 coal/charcoal, 1 glow stone dust to make gunpowder
