Renewed Totem of Undying crafting recipe to be a bit more realistic. Added a recipe for the Elytra, and added a cheaper gold & iron nuggets to ingots recipe. also unironically created a duping loophole hehe

Added the ability to Smelt Blocks of raw ore into blocks. with a lot of time saving.
example: If you were to smelt 9 raw ore into ingots, it would take you about 1800 ticks or 90 seconds to do so. Smelting the raw block would cut that time in half (37.5 seconds with smelting or 18.75 seconds with blasting) giving you a whole block in the process.
