Highlight
Highlights items inside your inventory or hotbar

Always show offhand slot
Shows the offhand slot, even when there is no offhand item.
NOTE: When not using Always show offhand slot, No Totem Icon will only show when the slot is not empty

No Totem Icon
Shows a blinking totem exclamation point when no totem is in offhand. The texture can be be changed with a texturepack.
NOTE: When not using Always show offhand slot, No Totem Icon will only show when the slot is not empty
