Simple server side mod to allow bottling xp into experience bottles

Config

The mod provides three simple config options for now

• enabled (default: true) Decides if the mod is enabled and even works
• bottlingConsumption (default: 0.785f) The amount of xp consumed to create a bottle
• sneakingRequired (default: true) If enabled you must be sneaking and right click to bottle xp
