Craft copper wrenches to rotate blocks and redstone components

Has an accompanying resourcepack. It is optional though highly recommended.
Copper Wrenches are craftable with 5 copper ingots. Right click with a copper wrench to rotate blocks. Works with restone components, logs, glazed terracotta, storage blocks, and more.
Works with Unbreaking and Mending enchantments.

Datapack changes
- Now uses the 1.20.5+ Item Stack Components format
- Is now crafted directly instead of using a workaround for crafting items with custom nbt

- You can no longer repair Copper Wrenches in a crafting window as this behaved erroneously. As a side effect, you can no longer repair items in a crafting windows.
