Reverses release 1.7.2's cave changes, bringing them back to their former glory.
- Increases cave frequency
- Increases mineshaft chance
- Reduces max dungeon placement height (dungeons become more common)
- Reverts ravine curvature
All this makes the underground nearly identical to 1.6.4.
