Chatty Dragons

A small mod that makes dragon survival dragons play the "Talk" blend emote when detected speaking in Simple Voice Chat.

Addon dev notes: This by default uses the animation key at DragonEmotesSets.BLEND_TALK, aka "eat_item_left" if you don't have this in use in your model's emotes to be selected, nothing will play. The mod's config also lets you choose another emote for your species. Addons using the default dragon model are fine. It's only custom ones that may not play anything without config adjustment.
