More storage types for ComputerCraft:Tweaked

This is a mod that adds more storage types to CC:Tweaked. These storage types are unmanaged, meaning you as the end user have the freedom to decide your data structure on each. Included is a program tape, that's loaded into rom at /rom/programs/, which will allow you to save/load files from tape in a generic format. The file is commented, and may be a good place to start if you decide you'd like to implement something of your own.

Fixed config issues

Added a missing loot table, resulting in the reel to reel not droppping the block when broken.
Gave the reel to reel and cassette deck a hardness, so they're not instamined
