🔥 Ignis SoulFires – Cataclysm Addon

Ignis SoulFires is a fan-made addon inspired by Cataclysm.
It does not claim any credit for the original assets, mechanics, or concepts from Cataclysm or any of its expansions.
All original content and ideas belong to their respective authors.

This project provides:

  • Custom retextures
  • Additional balance and mechanics
  • New code integrating effects, attributes, and Cataclysm-inspired behavior
  • Adaptation and compatibility with other mods

Ignis Soulfires: Spellbooks

An official addon for Ignis Soulfires that adds magical Souled Ignitium equipment and integrates the mod with Cataclysm Spellbooks.

Available on CurseForge and Modrinth.

Additions

  • Added a deployable mode for the Bulwark of the Soulflame, allowing it to be placed as a temporary defensive barrier.
  • Added a chance for the Bulwark of the Soulflame to prevent shield disabling.
  • Added behavior improvements and audio feedback for both the Bulwark of the Soulflame and the Bulwark of the Flame.
  • Added basic throwable functionality to the Ignitium tool set.
  • Added the Prospecting ability to the Souled Ignitium Pickaxe.
  • Improved the Treecapitator ability of the Souled Ignitium Axe.
  • Added a quick on-screen overlay to display the status and feedback of Ignitium and Souled Ignitium tools.
  • Added internal hooks and compatibility improvements for Ignis Soulfires: Spellbooks.

  • Improved the abilities of the Souled Blazing Grips.
  • Improved tool tooltips for better readability and ergonomics.
  • Improved the fire immunity behavior of the Souled Ignitium Armor.
  • Made various internal improvements, code cleanup, and general optimizations.
  • Renamed Soul Essence and Soul Powder.

Fixes

  • Adjusted Souled weapon behavior to properly match their Cataclysm counterparts.
  • Fixed inconsistencies with the Lava Walker ability on the Souled Ignitium Boots.
  • Fixed keybinding issues that prevented proper customization.
