Bubble Columns for 1.12

This mod emulates the bubble columns introduced in the 1.13 version.

How does it work? The mod replaces the soulsand and the magma block with custom ones that place the bubbles, but don't worry they will continue to be the blocks you know and love so much.

They have the same properties of the vanilla ones(speaking of speed and how the player moves), which i found in the vanilla code.

It works with every kind of entity, including dropped items and mobs.
