B'Quarry

B'Quarry adds a fully upgradeable Quarry machine to Minecraft Forge and Fabric.

Build your Quarry, power it with burnable items or modded energy, install upgrades, and let it automatically mine blocks in the direction it is facing. The Quarry starts as a useful early machine and can grow into a powerful late-game resource system.

A functional and upgradeable Quarry machine
Forge Energy support on Forge
Fabric Energy support on Fabric
Burnable items can be used when external energy is unavailable
Directional automatic mining
A large internal output buffer
Automatic output to inventories placed above the Quarry
Buffered items are transferred before newly mined drops
Redstone control for pausing the machine
A Quarry Wrench for rotating the Quarry and resetting its mining area
Custom textures, tooltips, recipes, creative tab and advancements
English and Brazilian Portuguese translations

Quarry GUI

Upgrades

Efficiency Upgrades

Increase the mining speed of the Quarry. There are ten levels, with increasingly expensive recipes and a very powerful final tier.

Fortune Upgrades

Increase the amount of resources obtained from normal mining and improve the rewards generated by Void Upgrades. There are ten levels.

Area Upgrades

Increase the size of the mining area:

Level I: 5x5
Level II: 9x9
Level III: 16x16
Level IV: 24x24
Level V: 32x32

Silk Touch Upgrade

Allows the Quarry to collect blocks using Silk Touch. This unique upgrade requires an enchanted Silk Touch book to craft.

Void Upgrades

Allow the Quarry to generate resources without destroying blocks in the world.

Void I provides basic resource generation
Void II adds Nether-related resources
Void III improves access to rarer resources

The final Void tier is intended as an expensive endgame upgrade.

Quarry Wrench

Right-click a Quarry to reset its mining area
Shift + right-click a Quarry to rotate it

Redstone Control

Redstone signal on: the Quarry pauses
Redstone signal off: the Quarry resumes working

The Team Reborn Energy API is bundled inside the Fabric file and does not need to be installed separately.

Updating from 1.0.x

Version 1.1.0 contains a major internal rewrite. Back up your world before updating. For maximum safety, empty placed Quarries and pick them up before replacing the old mod file.

Modpacks

You are free to include B'Quarry in modpacks.

Updating

Back up your world before updating from B'Quarry 1.0.x. Because 1.1.0 is a major internal rewrite, empty and pick up placed Quarries before replacing the previous mod file whenever possible.
