How do I store my XP?

Get some empty bottles, go to your enchanting table, sneak and right-click with the bottles in your hand.

How does it work?

Bottles O' Enchanting drop 3-11 experience points (avg. 7) When filling empty bottles you always withdraw 10 experience points, so there's a trade-off of about 3 experience points per filled bottle.
