"Minecraft Rebalanced" Collection by RainlessSky Minecraft Rebalanced sees survival as a survival game, and less of a free sandbox. This datapack freshens up some biomes by adding more detail, such as better trees, more foliage variety, and more. Unlike many, biomes will retain similar block palettes (e.g. no basalt in a mountain).

Current biomes changed

Almost any biome with Oak or Birch trees have the newer versions of the trees

  • Birch Forest/Old Growth Birch Forest
  • Oak Forest/Flower Forest
  • Plains
  • Desert/Badlands
  • Jungles
  • Swamp
Known Issues

Known Issues

  • Savanna biomes do not use updated Oak trees
  • Desert fossils sometimes generate over water
