Enhances the Waystones' mod selection menu

A Waystones addon that enhances the waystone selection menu with a variety of features :

scroll bar for waystones
search box (clearable with right click)
sorting modes
switch back to old UI
extra waystone informations holding CTRL while hovering a waystone button
full parity with the old menu
ability to drag and drop waystones to swap them (swap because it's a limitation with the waystones mod)
enhanced accessibility

It's also a pure client mod, not required on the server.

fix search bar being case-sensitive
added config
- makes sort mode persistent
- allows enabling reduced motion if needed
- also menu height scale and sort options
- can be accessed from the waystone menu
fixed a crash related to sort by name when a waystone didn't have a name
