Add configurable Spawners that will spawn exactly what you want and how you want it!

Customizable options include:

• total max mob amounts (for total mobs, not individual)
• whether to break after hitting max mob count
• whether it can spawn infinite mobs (overrides previous values)
• custom attribute modifiers (to modify attack damage, speed, etc, each can have chances to get applied)
• distance from spawner that mobs will spawn
• amount of mobs that will spawn of the batch spawn
• distance within the player has to be for the spawner to spawn
• mob types to spawn (can declare multiple)
• max amount of different types of mobs (negative values or not present mean infinite, still capped by total max mobs if not in infinite mode)
• spawner name (name of item)
• tick delay between batch spawns
• single use (whether to break/not function after one batch)
