Better Combat Fixes

This is a forge mod that fixes a couple of issues with certain mods and Better Combat, notably mods that add special effects when left clicking.

Current fixes as of v. 1.0:

• Botania: Starcaller now actually spawns falling stars
• Redstone Arsenal: Flux sword, sickle, and trident now work properly.

Please comment or make a github issue for any other mods.

Forge 1.19.2 only as of now (maybe 1.20 in the future), do not ask for fabric or backport
