Fixes and alleviates nonsense "Your bed was obstructed" errors.

Replaces Minecraft's checks for respawning at a bed with more sane methods, fixing issues such as not being able to respawn if there are slabs, signs, glowstone, glass, etc. around the bed.
If the bed is actually fully covered in blocks you can still get the obstruction error, just not randomly for nonsense reasons.

Changed from BlockMixin to EntityPlayerMixin
Rewrote to replace both bed and non-bed spawning, not just bed spawning, so stuff like Waystones should respawn properly
Added config option to output coordinates of obstruction to console if a respawn still fails, false by default
