The mace can't do damage to Players with Turtle Helmet

- Removed Durability isn’t getting damage if shouldDealAdditionalDamage is true

- When wearing any Helmet, it doesn't take damage. Now it happens only with the turtle helmet

Adds a bonus damage system.
- More items in inventory = More damage
- For more balancing, when you have a lot of items, and you have in the main hand/offhand the mace, it will give you slow effect, the level depends on the quantity of items you have.
