Fixes bugs related to the axolotl which was introduced in 20w51a

This fixes some of the axolotl bugs in 20w51a.
The fixed bugs are:
- Axlotls didn't give regen and remove mining fatigue when player killed an attacking mob
- Axolotls didn't attack elder guardians
- Axolotl buckets didn't save axolotl nbt data
