• Auto-cycle arenas — lobby always open. When a game ends, a new lobby spins up after the cooldown. Set it once, runs forever.
• Wave cap — set Max Waves per arena so wave games actually end and the next group can play.
• Lobby auto-start — games start automatically when min players are reached. Configurable countdown per arena.
• Editable kits.yml — plain-text kit setup using simple lines like "0: DIAMOND_SWORD" and "SPEED 1 30". Edit and restart, no commands needed.
• Menus by default — /arena, /kit, /shop, /game, /duel all open a GUI instead of dumping help text.

Fixed

• Players can jump properly inside arenas (containment now horizontal, not full 3D).
• No more freeze / clip on ice or water at arena edges.
• Mobs spread out randomly across the arena instead of clumping at player spawns.
• "1 mob left" stuck waves — ghost mobs are now reconciled every 2 seconds.
• Ready emerald and other game items no longer follow players out of the arena or persist after a quit/crash.
• Safer spawn teleports — no more spawning inside blocks, on water, or in lava.
• Smoother shop, reward, and stat handling under edge cases.

GUI

• Cleaner admin panel with glass-pane borders.
• Arena Settings: new toggles for Auto Cycle, Max Waves, Lobby Countdown.
• Join browser shows live lobby counts and auto-cycle status.
