Arch's shrink ray

TESTED ON PURPURMC 1.21.11 IF U HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GO TO SUPPORT DISCORD

Adds Arch's shrink ray that lets u become small for 15 or 45 sceonds. The 15s shrink ray makes u wait 45 seconds after u became big again, And the 45 seconds one just lets u use it right after.

There is currently no crafting recipe but to get the shrink rays u can use:
function archsshrinkray:give/power1 (15s one)
function archsshrinkray:give/power2 (45s one)

Dont be scared that it looks like pink glazed terracota, its actually a clock, u cant do anything with it.
