Arbitrary Effect Killer

cancels sending effect packets to the client, so the client doesnt know what effects they currently have. works perfectly for creative servers that still use survival mode and dont want people to see the ugly infinite saturation, resistance, regeneration, etc.

use this mod if you know what youre doing and youre sure you dont need any effects (because this will break some)
