Add a Air Jump enchantement, the level describe the number of air jump

This Technology work with gravity, slow falling and levitation to do a clean air jump.

The air jump compensate the fall speed to a better feeling and use slow falling and gravity to minimise this compensation.

The air jump take in consideration the jump strength of the user.

Add the rj:air_jump enchant (work only on feet)

api:

function rj:api/get_jump_left

return the number of jump left

function rj:api/is_jumping

return 1 if the player air jumped this tick

function rj:api/reset_jumps

reset the jump counter of the player
