This mod is a quick solution for an issue experienced when using Create Aeronautics with ViveCraft.

When filling envelopes with hot air Aeronautics renders wavy heat shimmer particles inside the balloon. This uses veil to render, but fails to obtain the correct screen size when in VR, which causes your screen resolution to be affected.

This mod prevents this from happening by disabling the rendering of these particles. It is not intended to be a complete solution, but rather a temporary workaround until a better solution is found.
