67 Entity — Psychological Horror & Stalking Anomaly
[!IMPORTANT] Compatible with Fabric 1.20.1 & Fabric 1.21.1. Fully functional in Singleplayer and Multiplayer dedicated servers.
67 Entity is a psychological horror mod designed to turn familiar Minecraft worlds into an atmosphere of constant tension, stalking, and paranoia.
Something has entered your world. It does not belong here, yet it acts as if it owns the land. It observes from distant ridges, tampers with your structures, appears when least expected, and gradually escalates from distant sightings to lethal combat.
Overview & Progression
The anomaly does not overwhelm you immediately. It follows a multi-day escalation cycle:
- Day 1: False Sense of Security. Complete silence. The player can safely gather resources, explore, and establish a base.
- Day 2–3: The Subtle Signs. Silent wooden signs placed behind your back, unexplained door creaks, faint whispers in the chat, and fleeting shadows in the fog.
- Day 4+: Active Manifestations. Close-range stalking, 3D flash appearances, horizon titan sightings, relentless chases, and direct combat.
Core Mechanics & Encounters
1. Physical Combat & Boss Encounter (100 HP)
- When the entity chooses to attack, it engages in direct melee combat rather than vanishing.
- Features 100 HP and can be fought with swords, axes, and ranged weapons.
- Deals 0.5 heart of damage per strike while keeping dynamic melee spacing.
- Defeating the anomaly triggers an eerie visual aftermath and temporary sensory distortion.
2. The Colossal Titan
- A towering silhouette standing over 25 blocks tall materializes on distant horizons and mountain ridges.
- Casts a deep auditory rumble across the landscape and stands motionless for up to 60 seconds.
- Approaching the Titan causes it to disperse into dense clouds of smoke.
3. In-World 3D Flash Encounters
- The entity suddenly appears directly in front of the player's camera in 3D space.
- Stares into your eyes for 1.0 second before dissolving into thin air.
4. High-Tension Chases & Screamer Mechanics
- The entity sprints directly at the player. Upon reaching point-blank range, it either dissolves into black smoke or triggers a devastating jumpscare that leaves the player clinging to life at half a heart.
5. Multiplayer Dual-Targeting
- Designed for cooperative and SMP play. When two or more players are online, the event controller simultaneously targets distinct players across the server.

v1.1.0Релиз1.21.1 · 18 августа 2026 г.
67 Entity — Release Notes (v1.1.0)
[!NOTE] Version 1.1.0 Update Overview: This release introduces native multi-version support for Minecraft 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 (Fabric), physical combat and kill mechanics with 100 HP, the Colossal Titan sighting event, revised day-based pacing, guaranteed survival damage calculations, and a unified command system.
Key Features & Behavioral Overhaul
Physical Combat Mode (100 HP)
- Combat State (10% Spawn Chance): The entity engages the player directly in melee combat rather than vanishing instantly.
- Health & Killability: The entity features a dedicated 100.0 HP pool (50 hearts) and can be damaged and eliminated using standard weapons (swords, axes, bows).
- Collision & Spacing Adjustment: Resolved an issue where entity collision caused players to be pushed into the crawling/trapdoor state. The entity now maintains an optimal melee distance (~2.0 blocks) and recoils slightly after attacking.
- Guaranteed Damage Output: Melee hits deal 1.0–1.5 damage (0.5 to 1 heart, scalable with player armor).
- Post-Kill Aftermath: Defeating the entity triggers soul fire particle effects and experience drops, temporarily blurring the player's vision with darkness and nausea before settling into silence.
Colossal Titan Sighting (5% Spawn Chance)
- Horizon Manifestation: A 25+ block tall silhouette of the entity spawns atop distant hills or open terrain (25–50 blocks away from the player).
- Environmental Atmosphere: Spawning induces a low-frequency rumble, applying temporary darkness and slowness status effects.
- Observation Window: The Titan remains stationary on the horizon for up to 60 seconds (1200 ticks). Approaching within 15 blocks causes it to dissolve in smoke particles.
3D Flash Encounter (20% Spawn Chance)
- Direct Visual Encounter: The entity materializes directly within the player's line of sight at a distance of 2.2 blocks in full 3D space.
- Fixed Duration: Stands facing the player for exactly 1.0 second (20 ticks) before disappearing with particle and sound effects.
Progressive Day-Based Pacing
- Day 1 Safe Period: Day 1 (world time < 24,000 ticks) is completely peaceful. No entities, chat messages, or sign placements will trigger.
- Event Frequency: Beginning on Day 2, ambient occurrences scale to an average interval of once every 2 to 3 in-game days (~48,000 to 72,000 ticks).
- Silent Sign Placement: Environmental signs ("67 / I was here") are placed silently behind the player without triggering block placement audio.
Multiplayer Dual-Targeting
- On servers with two or more active players, manifestations select two distinct random players simultaneously rather than prioritizing only the primary server host.
Behavior Probabilities
| Mode | Chance | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Physical Attack | 10% |
Melee combat, 100 HP, deals 0.5 heart per hit, killable with atmospheric aftermath. |
| Chase & Screamer | 40% |
Sprinting approach (50% chance of screamer leaving 0.5 heart, 50% chance of smoke dissolve). |
| 3D Flash Scare | 20% |
Spawns 2.2 blocks in front of the player's camera for 1 second. |
| Observe & Stalk | 25% |
Stationary stalker in shadows; dissolves when approached or looked at directly. |
| Colossal Titan | 5% |
25-block tall stationary silhouette visible on the horizon for up to 60 seconds. |
Unified Command Interface: /67 (or /sixtyseven)
All legacy commands (/spawn67, /67config, /67test) have been consolidated into a structured command system:
/67(or/67 menu) — Opens the interactive chat control panel with clickable buttons./67 spawn <attack|chase|flash|giant|observe>— Spawns the entity in a specified behavior mode./67 event [attack|chase|flash|giant|observe|random|dual]— Manually triggers an ambient manifestation event./67 flash— Triggers the 1-second 3D flash encounter./67 giant— Spawns the Colossal Titan on the distant horizon./67 screamer— Executes the full jumpscare overlay with audio and heavy damage./67 sign//67 door//67 whisper— Manually tests environmental atmospheric effects./67 health [amount]— Checks or sets the health value of the nearest 67 entity./67 clear— Despawns and cleans up all active 67 entities across all loaded dimensions./67 status— Outputs current day count, time of day, estimated time until next event, and active entity counts./67 config— Displays the configuration and preset menu.
Technical Improvements & Compatibility
- Multi-Version Architecture: Standardized cross-compilation for Fabric 1.20.1 (Java 17) and Fabric 1.21.1 (Java 21) within a single unified project repository.
- 1.20.1 Vertex Rendering Correction: Restored the mandatory buffer commit call (
.next()) in the 1.20.1 renderer pipeline, resolving an issue where the entity was invisible on 1.20.1 clients. - Mixin Compatibility: Removed conflicting Java 21 mixin constraints on Java 17 runtimes.
- Survival Damage Invulnerability Bypass: Reset hurt resistance timers (
timeUntilRegen) on hit events to ensure survival players consistently receive health reduction from attacks and screamers.
